In order to protect the privacy of our customers, we have established the following policy: Your personal information, name, address, phone number, or email address will never be sold or given to a third party. This information will remain the sole property of LaBre Ladies Accessories and used only to serve you better.


Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defected items only.
Exchanges must be the same or similar items of equal dollar value only or a Company Credit will be issued.
Exchanges must be reported within 5 days from the day you received items.
RMA number will be issued on each return case.
Any items returned without Return Authorization will be discarded.

If you would like to report defective item, please send us an e-mail at Chamfhg@yahoo.com with your Order number in the subject field. Our customer service representative will contact you via phone or e-mail. An RMA number will be given. You will NOT will not be able to exchange without an RMA number.



Shipping

We ship all items via UPS (United Parcel Service)

Please make sure to enter correct shipping address in order to receive items on time. Customer is responsible for any other charges and fees if address is entered incorrectly. A PO Box address is NOT allowed for shipping address.

After your order is placed, please allow 24 hours for your order to be shipped.


Sales Tax

There will be a Florida sales tax of 6% added to the cost of your purchase.
